Zen’s Falling Film Evaporator (FFE) is engineered for the efficient concentration of low-viscosity, heat-sensitive liquids. The liquid flows downward as a thin film on the inner walls of heated tubes, allowing rapid heat transfer with minimal product degradation.

Gravity drives the flow while vapor is separated and collected. This design is particularly effective for maintaining the quality of temperature-sensitive products and minimizing fouling.
