Zen’s Rising Film Evaporator (RFE) is a vertical tubular system where liquid enters from the bottom and ascends as a thin film along the inner tube wall. Vapor generation inside the tube causes the liquid to rise, accelerating heat and mass transfer.

As the liquid evaporates, vapor velocity drives upward motion, forming a uniform film. The mixture exits the top into a separator, where vapor proceeds for condensation and concentrated product is collected.
